A Second Opinion Helped This Insurance Claim
Susan purchased a property several years ago, intended for retirement security.
During routine inspections over the years, no issues had been flagged. So when she decided to sell and visited the vacated property, she was landed with a shock.

“We walked into the house and we got the biggest shock of our lives… none of us could speak”.
Susan had been paying landlord’s insurance and so contacted her insurers, lodging a claim.
Her property was assessed and Susan was feeling hopeful that things were getting resolved.
Susan was then surprised to hear that her claim was not being supported.
